V.E. LOUNGE – Recently refurbished. Dance floor and stage. Seats 200 people

 

All users should be aware that if G.R. Room is in use or snooker is being played they will need to come through the lounge, avoiding the dance area.

 

(Exclusive use of the V.E. Lounge, thus not allowing the Club to hire out G.R. Room, Kitchen or Snooker areas will require an additional payment of £100 to cover lost revenue)

 

G.R. ROOM – Seats 50 People. Perfect for Children’s Parties, small gatherings, meetings etc.

 

MEETING ROOM - Seats 10 people maximum, donation required

 

KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen.

 

(All equipment used to be cleaned and replaced, all rubbish to be cleared)

All members events in V.E. Lounge charging entry at the door or by pre-sold tickets, will be charged a nominal fee of £25 to help cover heating, lighting, and bar costs.

 

Birthday parties, 18th to 20th are not catered for.

21st to 25th please check with staff as we have several conditions for these parties. The hirer must obtain and pay for a minimum of 2 SIA registered door staff for the duration of the party (cost is generally in the region of £30 per hour per person)
